Director/DOP E. Franklin Tulloch has been working behind the lens for over 30 years professionally. Graduated from Ole Miss with a BA in Broadcast Journalism and English, worked with the Miss. Blues Archives filming numerous blues artists and local bands, and as a Radio DJ at U92, along with commercial model photography for Oxford women's fashion. He was the first student to help create an advanced set of classes for long format film studies at Ole Miss. In the 90s, Franklin headed to Los Angeles to work at the fore-front of the new digital age, working with top editors and the NAB to test the new DV and later HD technology cameras along with camera set ups for panavision gold/platinum camera packages. He Trained in Avid editing and post production supervision at the world famous 525 Post Production in Hollywood, Ca., worked with ICU-ART, a graffiti art company dedicated to street artists in the LA and SF areas as a content gatherer and as an Asst Producer.

 

Since creating Earthbound Studios in the late 90's, His work includes numerous projects across all different types of production, including the documentary series "Mosaics" with KCET/Palomar Pictures, working with "The Doors" on their Greatest Hits documentary, Media Producer for the California Wildlife Waystation for Martine Colette, numerous independent short and feature films, commercials and music videos. Franklin worked alongside Roy E. Disney/CSTV covering his sailing adventures as a cameraman and editor, along with sailing programs covering some of the greatest Sailing Events in the World for ESPN/Gary Jobson. Graphic Design, Web design and management. Large scale event Production and Promotion(NOAA- DSTF Event and Concert).
